"Hi Michel, your husband Thomas spoke with Trevor in the office, not Casey. Casey was out of town on the day this conversation took place last week. Trevor said that this was a 45 minute long phone call to review your policies, and that it went very, very well! Trevor said he was suprised to see a 1 star review relative to it in fact. We are very sorry, we never want a 1 star review. So I have left Thomas a voicemail today, because I am wanting to learn more about how exactly he was made to feel so undervalued that he told you about it and you made the review that you did. It should never be that way!! I am very sorry for this. The only thing Trevor could think of was that at the end of the call, your husband mentioned that he had just been married and wanted to add a ring to your schedule of covered items on the personal articles policy. Thomas was not happy to learn that this required documentation to be sent in and was something he complained about before with State Farm. Thomas was apparently upset to learn that this was still the case and he said that he would change Agents if this couldn't be overlooked. Trevor told him that this was not possible, however any customer does have the right to use any properly licensed Agent you like with State Farm. I have left Thomas a message to review and apologize for the interaction Trevor had with him. If there is something we need to coach our staff on further, it will be done yesterday, so if there is any additional feedback and details that Thomas could provide that would be absolutely fantastic. The cancellation of the umbrella was discussed according to Trevor, it was not cancelled because Trevor said Thomas wanted to review that with you in more detailed before it was cancelled. That policy is still in force, so you'll need to let us know if you still want that coverage terminated. Sorry again, and thank you for the feedback you have already provided and what I hope will be additional feedback so we can further improve our Agency. "
