"If I could give 0 stars I would. Renewed my policy in January, asked at that point if everything had remained the same. I found out yesterday in May that my roadside had been dropped stranding me and my 10 months old son to have to scramble to figure out a plan. Their office is now stating that they mailed a letter in August. No notification was sent via the app where all my other documents regarding my policies are. Sneaky practices from them! Be careful!"
"Hi Samantha sorry for the roadside coverage being dropped, it was from over use unfortunately. I wish we could have covered your most recent tow. It would have been nice to help you with that expense. You were notified in writing twice during the spring / summer of 2022 that going forward you would not have roadside. Nothing sneaky, like you said when we spoke you just failed to check your mail. All official correspondence is done by law via US mail or paperless electronic options if you had selected that (you had not). When we reviewed your policy this winter for your February renewal comparative to the prior renewal indeed nothing had changed. This occurred last August."
